Consultation sessions on the alumni were held in Melbourne and Adelaide on 18 and 20 July respectively. The aim was to improve the understanding of what former DST staff expected of the alumni, what they felt they could contribute, and to agree an appropriate governance model.
A strong theme was that former staff felt they still had something to offer DST Group and were looking for ways to contribute. The discussions also helped focus on the essential requirements of the governance model. From this a constitution was subsequently drafted and agreed among those who had registered to date on the interim register.
