This year, DST celebrates the 80th anniversary of our Fishermans Bend site, celebrations are scheduled for the last week of November to coincide with the DST Achievement Awards which, this year, will be held in Melbourne.

We hope that you will be able to join us for at least one of the following events:

Monday 25 November

10:30 – 11:30. 80th anniversary morning tea for staff and alumni, followed by an opportunity to take a tour of the site.

Friday 29 November

10:30 – 12:00. DST Achievement Awards, presented by the Chief Defence Scientist, Tanya Monro

12:00 – 15:00. Staff and alumni BBQ, to be held in conjunction with the recently revived Fishermans Bend Classic Car Show.

Car enthusiasts, if you own a vintage/veteran/classic car you would be willing to include in the Classic Car Show, please contact Geoff Swanton (geoff.swanton@dst.defence.gov.au or 03 9626 8653) with the following information.
